Alexandre Pato

Alexandre Pato said that he loves the English game, his got a lot of friend at Manchester United and Chelsea, he talks to David Luiz about England. However, he did mention he wants to respect the contract with Milan which lasts till after 2014 world cup. I believe if he wanted to remain at AC Milan, he wouldn't have said something like this, if someone goes in for him then Milan will take the money for someone that is injury prone. I remember last january, PSG were very close is signing him. Alexandre Pato is a very talented player but injuries has ruined his career so far. He is still young, at the age of 22 he can be a world class player for many years to come. It would be tempting, and a risk worth taking I reckon. I know fans will be like his not good enough cause of his physqie, his injury prone, etc. However, if we miss out on Hulk, then Pato would be perfect for us. His young, hungry for success and if he stays fit can be a quality player, also won't be worth the amount being talked about for Hulk. So, I ask the question: would you go for Alexandre Pato as an alternative or ahead of Hulk?.

Would be a good signing

This would be the best time to sign him as due to his injury and lack of playing time his market value would be at an all time low.

I'm not sure on him, he's inconsistent and I reckon he'll be one of those players that will never fulfil their considerable potential, like Nasri and Nani. But then, when you look at his record for Milan, it's actually impressive, 1 in every 2 games. But he'd cost a bomb

Lukaku will replace Torres

Lukaku?
Well, he has to hit the ground running, before he can think of replacing Torres...

We were chasing him two seasons ago...came to nothing

If we could get him for under £15 million i would say definetly anything over £20 million and it would be a no, anything in between would be a yes from me.

He would be the cheapest now than his ever been due to being injury prone and AC Milan will be willing to listen for offers surely. Pato is a class player that wants to be successful, so he'll be hungry and that's we need young, hungry players so he'd be perfect however, that's only if we miss out on Hulk.
