iv'e already had enough of supporting england for one summer.
Why is pearce the only one in the country taking this so seriously.
first of all football should not be an olympic sport, we have enough club and international competitive competitions from around the world, so why take this meaningless one so seriously?
beckham should have been picked to draw more of a crowd and support and pearce should have picked should players from every nation of the uk to unite the support and give people more reason to get behind the team and feel passionate about.
it would have made it far more interesting and would have been a lighter touch to the continuous competitive football we get.

People are never happy. First they complain about the lack of Football, then when there's quite a lot of Football being played they moan. Get a grip and enjoy the weather along with the footy.

The Scottish FA sent out several warnings to their players advising them not to take part because they were worried that it could affect the Scotland national team.
I think James Forrest was considered but he got injured.

Pearce is a fool. He is the only one taking this seriously because he's hoping to blag his way to becoming a future England Manager.
