Minty could suss out Whyte though, his board pleaded with him not to sell to him after hiring a private investigator on Whyte.

Yet he didn't pass that info on to the authorities.
How is that Regans fault?

Hector, I think that if you ask a club for documents and they say "no" then you as the governing body must be responsible to take action.
Also, the SFA granted Rangers a UEFA licence last season, despite a tax liability which should have prevented it.
I'll see you all later, when SPL2 is created.

I think it's a witch hunt because the finances will take a hit, Regan inherited a shambles, but I think he's the man to modernise our game.
No other administrator will touch Scottish fitba with a bargepole.

Why havent we heard anything from the SFA president throughout all this . He holds the most senior position in the game in Scotland. Surely during what has been deemed to be the most iimportant period in the history of Scottish football he should have been leading the line.
Wait a minute just remembered he has been unable to become involved in anything relating to Rangers due to a conflict of interest but is still fullfilling his duties in all other matters.
Excuse me but can anyone name a single issue that has been dealt with in the last 9 months that has not involved Rangers. What use is a Prsident who is unable to perform his duties.
Not asking Ogilvie to stand down is grounds alone for Regan to be asked to do likewise.
Doncaster is a different story his sole resposibility is to endevour to make as much money as possible for the member clubs of the SPL.

Conflict of interests pfft!
Whit about regan and law ell ffs?
Regan was the man who did the deal with lawell for the Nike sponsorship and then has him on the board

Big difference there is an open investigation into Rangers involving Ogivie . Did I miss something somewhere that such also applies to Lawell
Also at no point in his postion of a board member has Lawell been required to pass judgement on any matter for a conflict of interest to arise.
