This may well be the twist in the story we had expected.
There had to be something

probably mild to moderate hysteria on my part but what do you think are the implications as far as our support is concerned with any sanctions being carried from old regime?

by that I mean do you think more with fall by the way side or do you think defiance will be the order of the day?

wotsit
its a no brainer, we obviously need players, the sfa muct see sense, even it was reduced to free transfers and under 18s, would be better than what they are offering

we need to get some positivity into the club so the fans will flock back, doing this is just further damage, its stupidity in the sfa's part

i would say the best option is to go back to the tribunal, we have the court ruling that the judge refered it back to them

it will be after 10 August that it reconvenes time enough to get bodies in?

Fail to understand how they can ask us to accept a sanction which has already been ruled unlawful!...........................but then again...it is the SFA we are talking about

In particular, the Appellate Tribunal recognises that the Disciplinary Tribunal decision does not affect Rangers’ ability to extend the contracts of existing professional players, including those whose contracts will expire at the end of this season and including also those currently on loan to other clubs. The Appellate Tribunal observes that Rangers FC have over 40 professional players in this category.
That as part of the statement when they upheld their original decisiion
Now that we are a 3rd division club we have lost numerous players from or 1st team squad and are unable to afford many more that are still there , in short we no longer have a squad to cope with an embargo.
What the SFA are doing is nothing short of blackmail

Court of Arbitration? Surely that's the best and quickest recourse now for Rangers. All nicely "legal" within uefa etc. May just show the SFA up to be the incompetents we all know them to be
