SPR

No Man City are not guilty of financial doping as they have the assets and financial wherewithall to service their debt. (How much would they get for Balotelli). However, should they exceed their ability to pay they will suffer the same deal as Rangers.

The term "financial doping" was first used by Michel Platini when he introduced financial fair play for all European clubs and National Associations.

For Ally, I am not gringo or anyone else. I am Rickboy, remember the name.

Had a great time (really) but must be off, those Koalas won't wait (another clue for you there Ally)

So this term was used long after what you are accusing Rangers of, ah so more retrospective application of rules?

So where are these rules? How do you define the point you have exceeded these limits?

Are you seriously suggesting that Man City are spending within their turn over and that their assets could sustain their wage bill?

Are Celtic not taking advantage if 'doping'?

After all they sign some of the biggest dopes around.....

"but i thought going down to 3rd division they would stay off the board"

If you don't even have the ability to read the top of the page where it says premier league, then you've just about down your level of intelligence ally.

Resorting to petty name calling, unable to have an intelligent thoughtful discussion. Its the minority of Rangers fans like yourself that I have no empathy for. EnjoyElgin

It's funny how Celtic fans use that to try and mock us...I GENUINELY will enjoy heading to Elgin's ground, and several others that you'll probably never experience.
Enjoy going to the same half a dozen grounds 4 times a season for ever more, because it won't be long until you're papped out of Europe again

I've experienced plenty of wee grounds, watch the highland league quite a bit as I have mates who play there
