No, I don't believe they all use the same bikes, but everything has to be ratified by the IOC and the cycling world body. Hence no more lycra suits, revolutionary eccentric cogs etc.

this olympics feels amazing with us somewhat seemingly over-achieving in sports where we sometimes dont even feature normally. For me, it just proves what our athletes/sportspeople are capable of with some funding.

The sad news is that once this Olympics is over, the funding will slowly and quietly be cut and we will regress back to just making up the numbers in the future olympics.

Mos we came 4th in Beijing and 10th in Greece; we have are fourth in the historical world rankings behind only the USA, Russia and Germany. I would say that are far from making up the numbers. In fact for our size, we have historically done really well.
