so, Delpopolo tests positive for pot and is expelled from the Olympics.
this poses two questions from me,
firstly, can the USA still accuse others of cheating due to performance enhancing drugs?
and secondly, is cannabis a performance enhancing drug? i am no expert but i suspect its not?
thoughts please?

years ago, a world superbike rider was banned coz he had a smoke, cant remember his name but i think he was an Aussie,anyway, i thought at the time could this really have given him an advantage over his rivals?
still, it is a banned substance in sport and law ( outside Holland of course ) so i guess its fair.
