According to the sunday mirror Emanuel Adebayor will get his long awaited move to Spurs.
Man City will subsidise his wages for the next two years and also pay Adebayor a chunk of the £5m Transfer fee that spurs will pay.
Hope this is true. This would be a fantastic deal for spurs.
Promises to be an exciting few more weeks before the transfer window closes.
Id love to see Butland, Dembele (if Modric goes) and Adebayor come in and to offload Bentley, jenas, gallas, Cudicini and Bassong.
Cmon Daniel dont let us down.

Hope the Ade deal comes off, irrespective of terms, would be a good signing.
As for Dembele? really? has done okay in the PL but is he a big step up on what we already have? Do you think he's better than Hudd or Sandro? plus VDV can play there against less attack focused teams. We already have Parker and Livermore at least for cover plus youngsters like Carroll who and possibly Mason (Bostock or Parret at a push) coming through.
Can't see the logic behind really wanting Dembele?

Sounds promising, looks like we played our cards right if we pull this one off.
Not sure why people are so keen to offload players, as far as I'm concerned, all players have a clean slate and a chance to impress!

We need more than Adebayor. If he gets crocked, we have nobody who can do his job. Talk about Llorente has started up again. And according to the itks, Damiao is on the way. I'm sure DL and AVB will not leave us short....

Not WUMing here but the Mirror are like the least reliable newspaper when it comes to transfers. They get so many things with Arsenal horrendously wrong and they really p!ss me off.
However they could actually be right on this one, maybe.
