Wow motherbear in that video he looks amazing especially liked the overhead kick and one of their other players scored a cracker from the halfway line.

He scores great goals and has a great record this seems like a great buy.

I was up at the Swindon training ground today watching the U16's trials, saw Paolo and the squad who were all there before and after lunch. I was looking out for Connell but couldn't see him but I guess he could of been back at the County ground having his medical. It looked like a full on training session which was pleasing to see so soon after what sounded like 10 hard days in Italy.

Just a few things he said on twitter.
"delighted 2 be a swindon town player,hasn't really sunk in yet,whirlwind few days,all happened so quick! training was quality today #excited"

Is anyone going to friendly Tuesday night, I can't make it but should be good to see the new squad for the first time ( unless you went out to Italy ). I'm going to make a big effort to get to the open day Saturday even if its only to catch the 5-a-side game at the end with a few of the past players + Paolo supposedly playing.

Im hoping to make it, depending on certain things I should be there

Hope the open day is well supported, im sure it will give good vibes to the new management team and players if there is a good turn out. Sounds like a fair few will be going along Tuesday too so all good.

Didn't we have an open day near the end of last season? I remember that was well surported so this one should have even more turn out with the new squad and first chance for many to meet Di Canio, Supermarine will be a sell out.

Yeah it was later on in the season last time, didn't go but a few friends of mine took their kids and said it was really good as they got to talk to quite a lot of the players and had photo's etc. All building up nicely now for August 6th, cant wait !

I can't remember being so excited for a season since the premier league season
