Never was a more apt phrase coined. Ironically
Will the sellouts even bother this weekend ?

I fully expect 'The Rangers' to win 4 or 5 nil mate. East Stirling are the worst side in the league.
Was actually going to put my outright bets on tonight mate. I like the look of Bolton too, still got a solid team and Coyle suits the Championship. Was thinking of Sheffield Utd for League One and I didn't even know Fleetwood got promoted
Van Persie is 7/1 with Hills Definitely could be some value there but won't be the main-man of the team at Utd.
I actually think we're decent value @ 1/2 to win in Dingwall tomorrow, expected more like 3/10.

How you doing Esc?
The attendances have been poor for years, the SPL are partly to blame for this. They were all too happy to give Rangers under Advocaat and Celtic under O'Neill the bigger slices of the television revenue, whilst they allowed the smaller clubs to feed from the crumbs. It was all done to help increase a television contract, but the competition decreases. And when that happens the leaders (Celtic and Rangers) can drop their standards.
If you actually look at the attendances over the years for the smaller clubs they have actually maintained. For example, Hearts' attendance last season was higher than their attendance in the first season of the SPL in 1998.
There's many problems, competitiveness, pricing and sometimes climate too.
"Sellout Saturday" was always setting itself up for a fall. But at least it got a few more thousand fans supporting the game.
