arsenal objectives

what do you think the board have outlined for wenger to achieve this season and what objectives do you think wenger has set himself to achieve this season?

just curious because i always expect arsenal to go for the tile but obviously get dissapointed year after year. i now know that we are not tilte challengers or in a league amongst those who are, but wish to have realistic expectations.
