Well I think that 2012 champion elect is a strong statement. I expect it to be between 2/3 drivers down to the last couple of races but for me Alonso is favourite.

I would like to see him go to Ferrari alongside Alonso. The two together would push each other to be the best they can - and then it would probably all explod in everyone's faces - but hey ho

I think he will stay at McLaren in reality - although title number 2 doesn't feel like it's immediate. He'll end up with 2/3 I'm sure

In answer to your question. I am waiting to here other peoples views. Thats why I asked the question. Otherwise if I was satidfied with my own opinion then why would I ask others for theirs? Is this not the reason for a Forum?

Hamilton will sign a new contract at Mclaren as there are no other competitive seats available.

If you were a genuine Hamilton fan, you would be well aware that the contract negotiations were at an advanced stage and Mclaren are more than confident of his signature

Daredevil I am aware thats what Maclaren have been saying but it doesnt quite match with what Lewis has been saying. If he wanted to sign then it would of been signed by now. Obviously MacLaren are desperate to sign him up and who wouldnt but they are not making the right offers.

Your article claims that McLaren gave Lewis Hamilton number one status until Jenson Button arrived. What is your proof for that?

The Hamilton Bashing WUMs from the old BBC606 claimed that the only reason Lewis Hamilton was able to match Fernando Alonso in 2007 and become WDC in 2008 was as a direct result of Hamilton receiving number one status by McLaren. Then hey ho you turn up and imply the same thing. But you are not a Hamilton Bashing WUM?

You must have little faith in his driving ability if you think that driving for another team is “trying his luck”. But you are not a Hamilton Bashing WUM?
