A great result , 3 points on the table. We took the foot off the gas in the last 20 mins of the game and gave away 2 easy goals, but who cares. Before the game to nite if i was told we would win 6-2 i would have been over the moon. Come on Brewers More of the same for Saturday.

Well, no-one got that in the predictor ! Superb game, quality entertainment.
20 shots, 12 on target. 57% possession.
I bet Ronnie is praying that we don't get O'Connor in for the season. He had a blinder. McCrory had a great game too. In fact, everyone played well.
Seeing Justin playing upfront showed that he had so much more to offer than Yussuf.
Everyone seemed to be saying that the Cleveland goal was a cross. What do you think?

The Cleveland goal to nite was almost a carbon copy of the goal at Sheffield united game.Maybe he knew it worked first time round , so i think he played for the goal this time.

Cleveland.Who is this Cleveland guy.
Thought it was Ronaldo at times.LOL.
Can't be the same Cleveland that was so anonymous at Sheffield just over a week or so.
He's suddenly got the ability to beat a guy ,cross a ball and score.
Yes i thought it was a miss hit cross. What other explanation can there be.
Superb performace but oh dear ,only 1900 to witness it.

Yes, 1,948 was a bit disappointing but fear not;
1,946 for Accrington v Port Vale (Vale would have taken a few).
1,794 watched Barnet v Bristol Rovers.
2,063 Morecambe v York.
1,878 Dagenham v Plymouth.
It's the same every year. It's holiday season.

Got to say I was absolutely gobsmacked with some of the football on show last night! Mags had a fantastic game, and Clev also terrific, in fact to a man, subs included I thought we looked an outstanding squad of players. Richards I was hammering after his 'stand in one spot' game on Saturday, but a kick up the bum has obviously done him the world of good, he gave them heaps of problems. Just hope that results like this bring back the fans, Fleetwood on Saturday is another game we should be looking at 3 points for. Well done Mr Rowett some fine football.

Yes a very enjoyable evening for us all, even better than i predicted in my very positive ways. The thing that impressed me was how quickly Gaz has got the players to close down the opposition and give them no time at all on the ball.Good all round performance from them all and a great start to our home fixtures.More of the same please and lets try to be consistant this season and feel at ease come near the end of the 2012 - 2013 season.Pez,thanks for the pep talk and filling me with positivity.

Cannot add too much to what has already been said. Super performance, best we've seen as a League Club.
All the new players played well and are a vast improvement over the last season's players. Passion,
high levels of fitness, and high work-rates stand out as
new attributes.
The only thing I would quibble with were the substitutions, when we suddenly went from being 6-0 up
to 6-2 up, and wasting an opportunity to go even further
and make it into a "cricket score"
Adi for Justin ok! But I felt Chris Palmer underperformed, and Matt Paterson was very raw...
I would have brought Andy Corbet to play on the right of
midfield, and Aaron Webster up front. Think it would have worked better
The defence, which up to that time had been resonably in control suddenly started to panic. They got 2 goals back, panic set in, we played for time, could have been punished even more. It was nervy, and the old fears reappeared, and it seemed as if another "Cheltenham " might be a possibility.
Credit to the Wombles! They stuck at it and played with purpose in the second half, which they drew. I hope they prove to be a better side than this result. It would do our "street cred" no harm at all if Mr Brown's Boys won at Bradford on Saturday!
As everyone says bring on the Cod Army. It will be tougher, but with more of the same we should hopefully prevail , and be seen by double the crowd on Tuesday.
C'mon you Brewers !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
