Clough in or out?

Had enough of a manager who thinks games should be played out by booting the ball towards the corner flag as he puts it and people wonder what's wrong with English football!

there's playing well and there's playing well!

Neatly passing the ball in triangles across the back four and into midfield is nice and pretty, and if done well, will prevent the opposition from scoring as they dont have the ball, BUT, it doesnt get you 3 points as you wont score!

It's misleading to say we play well.

Saturdays result was disappointing and it felt like a defeat but i didnt expect to win last night and Wolves on Saturday will be another game i dont expect us to win. However we should expect to pick up some positive results form all our games in September. So i wont be reaching for the razor blades just yet.

Disappointing? Yes Time to panic? No

Two games in is far too early to judge Junior and what is now his team. Derby will lose on Saturday and that will only increase the volume for his dismissal.
I say, give him until Xmas and see where in the League we are then. We will also have a good idea of where we are likely to be playing next season by then thus removing all doubt as to whether he should resign or be sacked.

On the fence, new players, cloughs team, same old tactics.

Can see fans turning on him soon as he is running out of excuses.

On second thoughts, let's give him the whole season. It's the only way progress can be noted and properly measured against previous seasons. Junior will see this as only a blip in the big plan to move Derby County forward and upward to the Premier League. Remember, Rome wasn't built in a day.

I'm still in the IN camp - support taking a serious knock at the moment though.

You've only played two games and a cup game, during those you've played well in spells. You've got rid of your best defender and striker. Give him a chance!
