i am refusing to talk about Champions League pots, potential teams, away days etc untill the return game against Helsingborg is finished.
Dont get me wrong i was well chuffed with the result last night but its only half way. A 2-0 win away from home at any ground in Europe is a great result but we still have to perform at home. Its a great opportunity so lets hope we can get a performance next Wed to see us through. I remember when we beat Ajax 3-1 away 11 years ago then stuttered across the line by getting beat 1-0 at home in the return leg.
Im a pessimist.

Play our normal game FS. Not gung ho or anything, start Forrest aswell, caused them allsorts of problems last night and his pace on the break was killing them

I'd play 4-4-2.
They need to chase the game, so I'd get Forrest and Samaras on either side with Commons playing just off Gary Hooper. If you want to call that a 4-4-1-1 then do so.

Forrest has to start, Commons maybe behind Hooper and Samaras on the left again. Those 3 were key to our attack with Hooper helping the build up.

I'd go for that, and assuming Ledley is injured then just a straight swap for Wanyama.

Henrik thats what id go for. If we setup not lose opposed to playing our normal game i fear the worst. But i think Lennon will go 4411.

Sounds like Ledley's done his groin going into a stupid tackle. Victor in for him next week.

Off topic but noticed Twardzik had a great game for U20 team again last night must be pushing for the odd start in the SPL or cup games

I wouldnt be surprised of Twardzik starts on Saturday....along with Paddy.

I can see Paddy playing too, it'll be a tight game and Lennon will be resting players to make sure we have the best players to choose from as possible in order to see us over the line in the second leg against Helsingborgs.
