After being so excited I'm so gutted.

Same here. But i say that after every transfer window. Come 31st january it all starts again

I don't understand why so many teams leave it till the last minute. Is it a PR thing? to stir up excitement?

I just don't get why most of these deals weren't done 2 months ago.

I guess it's like kids with homework. They put it off and priorities much less important things before suddenly realising how important it is. The fools.

Maybe sometimes negotiations get drawn out over long periods of time and as the deadline approaches, panic takes over. Crazy.

Look on the bright side we could have lost Gerrard (Modric), Agger (King), and Suarez (vdv) and replaced them with Dempsey, Gylfi, and an unnecessary keeper.

Instead we kept them all and got Sahin, Allen and a few pacy prospects.

The biggest WUM was our manager. Been telling me for the last few days that we will buy a striker. The days comes and they decide to have an early night

He's not better than Lucas, Gerrard, Sahin or Allen.
