Last season our defence was awful conceding 2 or more goals at least 25 plus times.
We have supposedly strenghtened our defence but counting the capital one cup matches we have conceded a average of 2 every game.
No sign of a clean sheet anywhere.
Playing 4-5 1 away was Peschs downfall and we havent scored in 2 league away games.
Why give a guy a new 3 year dal then stick him on the bench.
Dosn't make sence to me.
Maybe time for a rethink before it becomes a real problem.
Another defeat next weekend at Rochdale and i think we will be in for a longer winter than last year.

Very hard to tell the way we are blowing hot and cold. It does seem that when we go ahead in a game we seem ok at getting the win. The problem is when the other team score, we dont seem able to get back into the game. It looks like all or nothing at the moment.

Heaven knows what all this means and where we will be at the end of season.

I was going to go to the game but decided not to at the last minute. I saved about £80 as a consequence (£50 fuel, £21 admission and £9 food and drink).

It is a tough league this year and I think we will be in the lowest third next May. We have the players but I am still not sure we have the Manager. I hope that he proves me wrong. He got the quality players in so full credit to him for that.

When he took over as caretaker at the end of last season I wanted him out and someone else in. Remember Wimbledon 0-4, Aldershot 0-4, Bristol Rovers 1-7 and Barnet 1-2 in those 10 games?

He deserves his chance and his signings have been superb. I think we will lose next weekend too by the way.

65% possession today for us I read.

Steady guys lets not panic yet.I didnt expect anything today because they are on a run.I do think we will get at least a point next week and if we dont i will start to doubt.

Going only one up front worries me when we have five strikers all with goals in them.

My thoughts from what i have read on here .Yes Gary as improved the team but lets be honest that did not take much doing look at the players that left all went to lower teams , the players he as brought in are better but i would not say they are quality players as i dont think any other clubs were intrested in them , the only quality players we have on our books are Kee and Zola can not think of anyone else who would have bigger teams after them, The Manager ,i for one said last year that this guy is not the right man for the job and i still stick to that, but i hope he proves me wrong but doubt it.
