So if the tax case goes against you, you are going to pay the bill?

legally rangers are a new club and cant be chased for the debt of the old club.

No becuase the tax case was for the old owning company. why would we pay for an old owning companies bills.

Their is a difference between the club and owning company. In the 1880's Rangers was incorporated ie the club and owning company were merged as one body. Prior to liquidation business lawyers (you know these people who deal with business law?) separated the club from the owning company and sold the club on along with history etc. The debt stays with the owning company. It isn't too hard to work out or understand Timmy. You know just because you lot say it over and over wont change the laws of the land.
