As long as Pele is not considered as an AM.......then it has to be George Best, the 2nd best player that ever lived...(3rd being the fat, cheating Argentine).
When George was too far into his drinking, and Johan Cruyff was voted WPOTY.........George turned out for a charity World X1 vs Holland.
He nutmegged Cruyff and scored easily......just to prove a point.
