Highly irritated

With the state of football and the reporting of it.

I went on goal.com (I know) and there was a piece on the Hillsborough disaster that was sad but well written and beneath it was an article quoting Arbeloa as saying Cristiano Ronaldo is still smiling.

What in God's name has happened to football that this is now big news and shares the same space. It will probably get read more as well.

my take on the voting is...

If you could vote by phone like you do with X factor, there would be similar voting numbers.

We live in a lazy world. I can't speak for myself I have never voted for either X Factor or elections.

As I said before, all they care about is making the rich richer and the poor poorer. Its impossible for young people to buy their own property, yet they give houses and benifits away to those who have never and will never pay towards he system in their lives.

Immegrants get better grants than those retired who have paid taxes for 50 years. We pay for an awful NHS service (3 weeks waiting list to see my docter).

The whole thing is backwards, which is why I don't bother to vote.

Try telling that to parents of those that have had a bad one. I know of many.

Kagawa, the takeaway culture you talk about contributes greatly to the current obesity epidemic, as does vegetating in front of the box. More of a drain to the nhs than a few dodgy pills.

There's only dodgy pills because they are illegal. Again this is down to the government. And FSG obviously.

I agree. You seem to be taking this too literally. It's not like I'm suggesting take-aways every night and vegetating infront of the television with little or no exercise in between. I'm simply saying that watching the X Factor with a Chinese on a Saturday is hardly criminal and it does not give reason to suggest that whole society is devoid of any political interest or stance. I do all these things we've discussed. I'm even sad enough to post on a forum about something as trivial as football. But if people enjoy sitting on their phones/laptops and furiously typing away about a real skidmark on society that is Wayne Rooney then good for them. I'm not going to judge.
