David Hodgson signs for Rovers

decent player and a good signing for rovers.

Dodgy hodgy has done ok for himself but for me he's always been a bit short of class that an international winger needs. He does his job and stays in position waiting for that long cut out pass which he's not been getting with brough out.

It depends on how we use this signing imo. If we have signed him as an out and out winger, and therfore a straight forward replacement for Colbon then i am happy with the signing. If he will be used to provide cover at fullback (due to the loss of Briscoe and Cockayne) and other areas then im not sure we will get the most efficient use of him
