ReincarnatedRed is spot on. Money plus publicity in the USA. They did it with the red Sox and apparently it was a winner. Personally, I will be glued to the set. It will show my club, warts and all, in glorious Red. No room for bull**** here. jimmyTheRed

1st episode was ok. Surprisingly, it was a bit like a Liverpool promo film.

Seems I was fairly incorrect in my thought that the show was on the subscription channel that is FSC. Their showing is a repeat. Regular Fox is showign it straight after the NE Pats game. Maybe it will get a few viewers.

Its being comapred to HBO shows such as Hard Knocks, which essentially was a vehicle for the whole of the US to laugh at and ridicule various teams like the NY Jets. although I think LFC have more control over the editing, so as Grizzly mentions, its probably just a 6 part promo of us.

Anyone else watching it?

Mildly interesting. I like hearing Rogers speak and like some of his philosophies. But the show really was just an LFC advert.

i thought it was good, and insightful. the commentary about carroll laid the groundwork for an exit. he thought he would adapt, but he obviously didnt.

everyone looks nervous, not sure if thats because of the cameras...or that it actually captures the nerves in a transition.

made me feel like boroni should have more time to settle in, i felt for him. 5 clubs in a year, sheesh.

not a glamorous glossy type of thing. has an edginess to it. i recommend.

JTR, 1st episode is on Friday (I think) on channel 5 in the UK, but it's probably on youtube already...
