No excuses, just turning up and getting the job done. Sadly Mclaren will now pale into obscurity and become the Williams of this decade because inspite of them having the fastest car, only one driver has been able to put it in front consistently.

RedBull, Ferrari, Lotus and Mercedes will be stronger, Mclaren has lost the only guy since Hakkinen to win them a championship.

Short term disaster for both parties but a long term positive move for Hamilton.

The sad thing tall and useless is your man button gained a lot from having lewis in the team. Now he won't have the team mate pushing for upgrades, or letting him copy his set up when he couldn't get the car to work.
