BIGGEST difference vs Norwich.

For me was players in the box....Sterling..Sahin..Suarez, they were consistently getting in the box and that what missing for huge chunks last season.

Sahin already looks a class act and along with Sterling and Allen it really shows what we were missing last season; i am really enjoying this season even our losses have many positives. The mixture of youth and experience coupled with Sahins signing has energised the lacklustre side of last season.

Nobody can knock me out of this permanent grin i have regarding the team......here it is

Liverpool have a great team when everyone is fit IMO. Always thought they would do well this season and I rate Rodgers as a manager.

A poor start means nothing if you have decent players (like us last season). Liverpool will be right up there challenging for the top 4 this year.

The difference in this game was Iuis putting away the kinds of shots he's missed in other games, he didn't seem to try running the ball into the net like he usually does either, so maybe he's learnt to assist more.

Also, Brendan just needs to keep doing what he's doing, f'k what everyone else thinks, he's picking the right teams for the right games and resting where appropriate and for a team without enough striking options, 13 goals in 4 games isn't bad

Gb : fully agree , for a long time , apart from
Stevie we have not scored enough from
midfield . This is probably because
previous managers instructed the guys
to defend so deep . Also agree our attacking
style is now a joy to behold . We now have
to tighten up the defence , then its all
systems go . Everton are prooving that
top 4 is there for the taking providing
everyone sticks to the same gameplan .

Aggers : agree with most of your comments .
But reckon Suso would be better more central,
Also like to see Adorjan given a chance to play
in this position , he is another very clever player
imo .

Yeah, Adorjan is a prospect, his passing shows a lot of vision. I think we might see him in the Europa league this season. I also like Sama who can't be far behind Wisdom in terms of ability.

There is another difference. When the players are surrounded by opposition players, they didn't panic and lose posession. They just side-stepped and got themselves out of it with clever passing. The composure shown by 19 year old Andre Wisdom and 18 year old Suso was wonderful.
Raheem Sterling spent the entire game terrorising the Norwich defence. His atitude is wonderful, he plays like he's still playing for Liverpools under 18s. He's enjoying himself. He gets tackled and clattered and he just gets back up.
Downing needs to pull his finger out, as he's being out-classed by teenagers.

I watched the Arsenal v Chelsea game , not
impressed with some of the Chelsea big
earners ie Ramires , Matar , Torres altho
he scored nothing like the player the player
he was when he joined LFC . And one of
the commentary team was drooling over Hazard ,
who i thought was average at best . What a
difference when watching our young stars , no
big earners , but all giving everything they had .
I really do hope our youth policy comes good ,
this is the way for football to go.
