So Duncan Jenkins has claimed that Jen Chang threatened his family. Exactly how do you threaten the family of a parody account? Sounds all too familiar. In fact it sounds exactly like a real anfield parasite....Duncan Oldham.
Read the extract from the blog of Duncan Jenkins below. It's patently obvious that its that fat piece of shight, given he is shunned by all real Liverpool fans and the club itself.
If there is any truth in the threats against the owner of the Duncan Jenkins character then it is most probably a "stay away" comment to the parasitic terd.
From the blog:
"Before I go any further and reveal the madness that ensued in late August, I ought to make it clear that I'm a lifelong Liverpool supporter. Duncan...well, he's Oldham til he dies"

I think Twitter as an entity is not to be trusted. Duncan Jenkins is not even a real person. I'm merely pointing out that you can't trust anyone who writes on there. Jen himself has a disclaimer that his view don't reflect LFC's weird eh?
I would say that Jen is quite capable of doing a good job without Twitter. The fact he has an account and spent time on there has led to bad publicity for the club. As a fan I don't want to see it. It could have been avoided but wasn't.
----------------------------------------
Well if you had an understanding of the present and weren't a caveman, you'd understand that social media is ever-growing and that company PR around the world have benefitted greatly from it. Sports clubs around the world are included in this. I follow Chang and there is a lot of great PR on there. Maybe if you tried to get a better understanding of things instead of trusting something just because you wish it to be true, so that you can have a dig, which you hope will finally lead you to "I told you so", then you'd feel a little less stressed.

I have a real solution to not seeing this stuff on twitter, it has worked for me since the inception of twitter. It's an incredibly simple and elegant solution too, so much so that any moron can do it.
Don't use or subscribe to twitter
there, see how simple it is.
------------------------------------
Why not subscribe to something which is of benefit to you, is part of your job and is what your boss has told you to do?
Then why take the job?
Individuals can have their own opinions of Twitter and if they follow the bandwagon of Twitter is for idiots and liars(not everybody is, in fact we could say that we don't want to subscribe to life, as there are idiots and liars all around us) then that's fine but don't criticise those who don't believe that and more importantly, those that use it, to better our club image and have been succeeding.

Damn it you've outed me as a Luddite! I really do fail to see what Jens work on Twitter has achieved for our club. I do follow Jen Chang and had misgivings from the start about this account. However as you say there is plenty of good Liverpool info on there too. The trouble with Twitter is the publicity you get from it cuts both ways and seeing as the gossip mongers hold sway I still suggest it's not the best method of communication for a Liverpool FC PR director.
I must say though Toor you always give me food for thought.

Twitter is easy to slip up on.So if you are a representative you had better be careful.
------------------------------------
I think this is why they put the disclaimers. If something isn't taken in a good light, he can apologise and the club can keep out of it.

you missed my point Toor, probably because it wasn't aimed at you, Jen can do what he likes I'm saying to the people that don't want to see him all over twitter, don't subscribe to it but our director of communications shouldn't be cricicised for communicating via twitter. Next up someone will have a go at JWH or Linda for having twitter accounts.

Yes and whilst I wouldn't agree with people, they'd have more of a point saying JH shouldn't have a Twitter account, rather than our Director of Communications, for crying out loud! I find it absolutely ridiculous that somebody should suggest our head of PR shouldn't use social media. Should birds not use the sky? Fish the sea?

I think the bigger point here is that Chang doesn't dispute he met with however claims to be Jenkins.
What is wrong is the bullshight claims made by the author of Duncan Jenkins. Claims that mirror the very stories that the sack of shight Oldham has used in the past. Secret videos in vaults, club offering him money for his site, owners asking his opinion etc etc.
He has made numerous claims about family being targeted despite nobody actually giving a carp about the walking heart attack.
Chang is being made to look amateur by somebody who is supposed to support Liverpool. Despite his claims, Oldham only cares about lining his pocket
