I don't think he has.
He was saying last year, that once he beats Bradley, clean up the division, he will move up to 147lbs and maybe after a fight or two he will want to face Mayweather.
Then added, Mayweather better not duck me like he did Pacquiao, which is fair enough all things considered.
Shocking how a boxing showing confidence in ones self is reason enough to make him a hate figure.

Totally agree, everything Khan says or does is microscoped to find a critical angle while when other boxers act in the same manner it is deemed "that's boxing for you"
