Evening my fellow Wanderers!
Today is a landmark day in the history of BWFC. Jimmy Phillips's last game as manager.
Odds for tonight's game
Wolves win 5/4
The Draw 5/2
Wanderers win 2/1
Here are our predictions for the game.
Confidence for tonight. Just myself, MT and Petrov have predicted a Wolves win. Hope we're wrong.
Wolves win 3
The Draw 4
Wanderers win 16
Wolves was the scene of a great fightback win last season, lets hope history repeats itself.
Did you know?
Wolverhampton had significant coal and iron deposits. Queen Victoria visited Wolverhampton in 1866 to see the unveiling of a statue of her recently deceased husband, Prince Albert. A 40 foot archway made of coal was built in recognition of the royal visit. Today, there is no coal or iron.
Wolverhampton was a world renowned hub of bicycle manufacturing for 100 years up to 1975, during which time around 200 bicycle firms operated in the city. Today, no bicycle manufacturers exist in the city.
Wolverhampton was granted city status by the current queen in 2000.

Hi insists all our problems were not his fault and it was down to bad luck.
Then he says that whoever gets him as manager next is going to be very lucky because he's the best manager he's ever been.
Cuckoo, Cuckoo.

Mentioning how bad coyle was is a shooting offence!!

Can't expect someone who has been injured for most of season to come off bench and be fine. Ngog needs match time, the sooner he gets it the sooner we will start to get going. We play better as a team with Ngog leading the line.

I've just read the Coyle article a couple of people have mentioned.
He's right that he has left the club in a better position in terms of the wage bill, but he is deluded to big himself up for leaving the club "in good shape". He left us in the bottom half of the Championship FFS.
I'm prepared to hold my hands up and accept that Coyle isn't as honest as I thought he was. That interview is pretty sad reading. He's obviously wanting another job - and good luck to him when he gets one - but his grip on reality or his judgement - or both - are exposed in that interview.

We have played well the last two games without him. Just have to stop conceding and last time I checked he played up front

The admins deleted it at my request. It was quite similar to another article and had just degenerated into a pointless argument between myself and Bricks.

It felt like the fighting spirit was back yesterday. The last 20 minutes it felt like we was going to get a result. My confidence is back with lads and I feel that we can go on and get some good results, something that I lost after the wembley debacle! COYWM
