Brewers Match Predictor (15): Bradford

Hindsight. Wonderful isn't it.

1. Gutted we went out of the League Cup.
2. Relieved the next round wouldn't have given us Arsenal away.

Now knowing the way that the fixtures fall;

3. Disappointed the next round wouldn't have given us Arsenal away.

With the greatest respect to Wigan, I can't imagine many Bradford players saving themselves for that. Hardly the biggest game of their lives. Had it been Arsenal for them next I am sure that they would have one eye on that.

Torn between a draw and a home win.

The Brewers seem to have great team spirit with plenty of fight in them at the moment. This will be another tight game with plenty of drama as always. I hope we come out on top and get some goals from our strikers, as it is about time they hit some form.

I'm confident we will take the 3 points from this one. I will go for a 3.1 win.

Lots of unexpected factors to take into consideration.

Loss of Tommo is a big negative, but Deano stood up well on Tuesday so he deserves his chance.

They will miss Nakhi Wells who got a fifth yellow for celebrating a goal - bet he's popular with his manager!

Last game for Rob Kiernan - he's been one of better loanees and he will want to go out on a high

Still not sure who our best partner for Calvin is. Pato looks skilful but Billy will start scoring again, hopefully sooner.

Sensational entrance from Jordan Chapell, but not sure he's going to be strong enough for a full ninety.

We need a win, we've been playing well enough to win, so let's do it.

2-0 to the Brewer's.

Agree with Edinburgh Bantam about the influence of the ref - see earlier post about the muppet we had on Tuesday - and he's not the only one this year!

So who have we got tomorrow? It's Premier League reject Andy D'Urso!!!!!!!!!

Mostly done Championship this year - 19 yellows in 10 games isn't too bad, I suppose

But he was once charged by the F A with 'less than proficiently applying the laws of the game'. Given what we see week in week out, to actually get charged is quite an achievement!!

Hoping that we start well, and put our chances away, it could be our performance of the season. This team is our best ever, they are getting better, are together as a unit, and are learning. They are quite capable of turning over this good Bradford side given the required application and few lucky breaks.
