I think Johnson will.play Rb to counter Baines when he gets forward and Enrique is a tough player to get past. Dont care if Failani plays with Allen Gerrard Suso Sterling and Sahin he wont get a kick and LFC are in more danger of the dreaded pointed elbows!!!
Heard all about felaini and jelavic last season before we played and we dealt comfortably with em and this year id say we are stronger in midfield.

Shelvey for Sahin for me. I like his passion and he's suited to big derby games like this. Sahin may be a little lightweight for this clash.
Suso or Assaidi? Sterling must play so I'd go for Suso, Sterling and Assaidi are siilar in respect that they like to stretch the defence in behind whereas Suso operates between the lines which give Evertons back four two things to think about. Sterlings pace in behind and Suso dropping into the hole in front.
If Reinas fit, a no brainer for me, must start. And Wisdom deserves to keep his place above Enrique. He'll handle Baines no problem.

Eto'o was dangerous first half, running at te defend a couple of times.
For some reason as the game wore on he got deeper and deeper and ended up in midfield, which seemed a waste to me.
As for Anzhi not being a strong team, they are top in Russia and had only lost one of 21 games this season before Thursday.

think with lfc slow start and the open day win over man u people are raving; if it was liverpool nobody would say anything.
