This is the team that beat West Ham 4-1 away in the last round - five regular first team players plus six squad players+.
26 Al Habsi
21 Ramis 05 Caldwell 24 Lopez+
23 Stam+ 06 Jones+ 16 McArthur 31 Figueroa
32 Miyaichi+ 19 Boselli+ 15 McManaman+
Substitutes
12 Pollitt+ 17 Boyce 08 Watson+ 14 Gomez 20 Fyvie+ 02 Kone 35 Orsula+
I expect Martinez to give several squad players a chance against Bradford City too. Miyaichi has been injured, but it should be an exciting game if he and Boselli both play in attack.

Congratulations, Bradford City. You persevered to the very end. If Chelsea can win the European Champions Cup, you can go on to win the Capital One Cup.
It's a pity that Miyaichi and Crusat were both injured. Martinez began the game with just one first team outfield player and, crucially, no playmaker. Wigan toiled away and dominated possession but found it hard to create clear chances.
Watson, playing in the centre of the back three, repeatedly brought the ball out of defence and Jones laboured in midfield. But time after time, players turned back instead of taking the opposition on.
Martinez attempted to remedy the situation after 75 minutes, introducing Maloney and Beausejour. The play improved, but 15 minutes was not long enough to break the deadlock. Bradford survived the 30 minutes of extra time and held their nerve to win the penalty competition.
So Wigan are out of the Capital One Cup. Ramis has played 120 minutes of extra football and Maloney and Beausejour an extra 45 minutes - they are all important players in the first team. In defence, Ramis, Watson and Lopez were hardly tested. None of the rest of the team did enough to press for a place in the first team - they must all be disappointed with their display.
A great anti-climax. I wish that I had been at Reading.

Listening to the commentary I felt confident when it went to penalties. This was the 7th successive shoot-out City have won.
Hopefully we draw one of the bigger clubs away and receive a better share of the gate receipts because unlike the FA and JPT competitions there is no prize money at this stage.

A great reward for the winners - a home tie against Arsenal.
On Tuesday, in Arsenal's game there were 12 goals in 120 minutes - that's a goal every ten minutes.
It should be a great occasion.
