im sure he had a trial a few seasons ago at utd, by all accounts fergie wasnt overly impressed.

If he was as good as the media tried to make us believe then he would have been picked up by one of the big clubs. Not his fault but unfortunately for him, was over-hyped and was never able to live up to it

Yep. It says in the article that he had a two week trial, then moved to Real....Salt Lake

He should never have moved so young. He should have stayed another couple of years and then moved to a lower Premier League team, not a portuguese team.

His attitude doesn't seem to be great either as he has believed his own unearned hype.
