Hi Liverpool fans, Gooner in peace
Just wondered what your views on your current side are at the minute, in general?
I haven't got many Pool fans, so don't get the opportunity to hear their views.
Listening to BR and watching MOTD, it seems like it's blindingly obvious that you need more upfront, Suarez is a player with bags of ability but obviously can't do everything by himself. Sterling seems a good prospect, although I'm probably not as impressed with him as everyone else seems to be.
Future looks generally bright as an outsider, but advice would be beware of falling into the Arsenal trap , which to say is assuming because you play loads of youngsters they will eventually come good!
Thoughts?

Whilst playing the youngsters is great and can only benefit them, I just feel we need a little bit more experience in the side. The youngsters are playing well without being spectacular which is great but we need players who can take charge. For example, Shelvey had those two great chances yesterday, I think a Maxi or a Kuyt would have stuck those away. Then again, I guess that killer instinct comes with game time and getting match experience so it's a bit of a catch 22.

We should not have sold Torres for Carroll. Torres and Suarez could have been a great match up for us. KK messed up big time on that one.

when you think of who liverpool could have had for ..20 million .....but 35 million (even if i think carroll is a damn good player)
its just funny and i now understand the ridicule we got for it.

If i were a Liverpool fan.....I'd be a bit concerned about Suarez......how can such a quality player be happy with a mid table dog fight and no chance at the Champions League?
If one of Europe's big boys come knocking....I reckon he'll want out. And you couldn't blame him either.
