Any Hearts fans who put any money into this share scheme have to realise that they are paying money to HMRC.
Romanov & his cronies have taken so much out of Hearts, that they can no longer pay either wages or tax on time.
And that is an example of trading whilst insolvent.

Let's be honest though. Hearts were struggling before Rangers went bust so it's no surprise.
And to be fair mysle flike most Celtic fans enjoyed our rivalry with Rangers but we proper hate Hearts.
