Castle fine but you will be pretty much on your own with that.

And with Ian Hart joining I guess that ends all the speculation about him playing for Celtic

my mistake, dont think Ian Hart is involved in Glenmuir

Ian Hart, was he not the guy originally named as an investor who then said he wouldnt be investing

Hart has been on the scene for a while without officialy being involved.

I realise I'll be in the minority with it, but then again I'm no sheep.

Just would rather look to the future than the past. Getting Spanish guys or Dutch involved for the youth setup would have been better news to me.

Ian Hart invested in Murray Park many moons ago, so in a way he is an investor.

Non execs basically balance a board, those who are non football with those with local or footballing links. Green knows this almost guarantees the share issue's success.
On the flip side, WS would not risk his reputation with fans if he did not think Green was the real thing.
Smart move by Green.

Its a good move from a PR point of view and also backs up many of the rangers fans who backed Green when the ill conceived McColl bid came in.

I really doubt Smith would have come on board if he wasn't convinced Green was genuine and had had a good look at the books and balance sheet.

That said apart from that i dont know what Walter will add, he isnt going to make any ground-breaking changes. We need someone in that can change things and come up with a new way forward.

Wally wished the "new club" well. So how can it be a "return"??

You bears should be looking forward instead of clinging to the past

Even Walter gets things wrong occasionally.
