Fantastic player no doubt but deserves everyone of the nine game ban he will receive.
3 incidents all worthy of a minimum 3 game ban each. Personally I would give him an extra one for each because head butting and elbowing have no place in the game.
Huge loss for Everton but he has bought it upon himself.
How none of the incidents were picked up by the ref is beyond me.
