As someone who is excited about our future, I am known for my love for Rafa and times of old. Well, 08-09 and other parts of Rafa's time.
In a discussion today I remembered that we still have a strong spine through the team and this bodes well going forward in the coming months and years.
We beat Madrid 4-0 at Anfield and we had the same spine in the team this weekend and these players have been loyal to the club and the supporters.

Players like Suarez, Enrique, Allen, Borini and Downing will prove to be good additions as well as the youth of Sterling, Suso, Wisdom and Tom Ince.

Suarez is the lead in the spine. He is our best player.

That's right Suarez has come in and become vital in that spine. Some people dont realise how important that spine is and how much consistency can lead to success.
Chelsea have won a lot over the last ten years and the spine was the same in most of that.
