Just notice Real play back to back games with Barcelona before the 2nd leg against us. I know the league is pretty much over but that won't stop Real from trying in their league game. The game before the league meeting will be the second leg of the Copa Del Rey at the Camp Nou. Also Real only get 1 day rest between their game with Barca and us.

Sun 3rd Mar - Real v Barca

How? Real only qualified last night for the semis.
El Classico takes so much out of both teams mentally and physically, their meeting last season at the Nou Camp was followed by both teams getting knocked out of the CL.

Well......as it stands everything is going in our favour. And we've got the crucial second leg at OT.
Really looking forward to the matches. I don't hold much hope for us actually winning the CL this year, but it would be nice to knock out Real Madrid. It's never happened in my lifetime.

I'm sure that as in Italy, all CL teams in Spain play their games on the Saturday before the CL games.

Looking at Google both dates seem to exist for the day of the game. The official Barca site says Sunday while Real's says Saturday. Maybe it is Saturday, males more sense.

United have got both the FA Cup 5th a 6th rounds three or 4 days after the Madrid games if we are still in it
