Anyone clean?

After the oh so not dramatic admission(?) of guilt by Lance Armstrong, it seems it's harder to find a clean rider these days than a dirty one.

Frank Schleck banned for a year after his mishap in last years tour; pity I liked the Schleck brothers and their climbing capacity, it now turns out Michael Rasmussen used to dope for over a decade too.

One truly wonders what sort of tests were being carried out if he could go undetected just like Armstrong for such a length of time.

I wonder who next to break the silence in what is fast becoming a total farce in the cycling world. It seems they are now all ready to spill the beans having happily raked in their earnings and hidden them away safely they have suddenly developed a conscience and ready to pour their heart to the world.

I'm not buying it and it's getting more and more difficult to love this sport. I love cycling but to follow it is becoming more and more painful.

There will always be riders who are clean but it pains me no end to always here this absolute BS where riders and staff etc say "that was then, this is now". LIES!

The omerta still exists, it just seems (imo) it is now under the guise of a slier, more sophisticated, perhaps less powerful drugs to avoid detection (hence the speed slowdown).
This could be just pure hyperbole and conjecture but too much of this worries me i.e. sky, athletes not candid and forthcoming enough on doping and don't even get me started on the corrupt and complicit UCI.

The sport is in a mess, and although it has been bandied around before (post Festina), this is an opportunity to wipe the slate clean, start afresh and really tackle the sports plethora of problems head on!
