Playoffs ?

I don't think so; I think we have left ourselves too much to do.

The team finishing sixth in the last two seasons did so with 75 points, so i think that has to be the target. To achieve that we need 30 points from thirteen games - i.e. nine wins at least. Expectations are going to rise over the next four games which all look winnable this morning, but after that it becomes tougher. I think 75 points might not be enough, so even if we reach that target we could still finish outside the top six.

Of course we shouldn't give up until it is arithmetically gone, but Billy should have at least half his thoughts on next season and looking who he would like to keep, and where he needs to strengthen in the summer

FAF...agreed

I don't like Cohen at left back. He does the job but he is one of those players that will try his hardest. On Saturday though I remember a back pass that nearly led to a goal.

We need a solid left back, keep Jara and find at least 1 new CB

SBD.. I usually come away with a sore throat. Yes some are quiet but at the end of the day they are Forest fans. I'd sooner have them there but not moaning. Last time I was in the Main stand there was an old bloke moaning that he couldn't hear his radio over the noise

Would you agree this business needs to be done in the summer? If so what about Cunningham if Brizzle go down, and/or Elokobi if Wolves go down and he can prove his fitness at LB? And what about Hutchinson if he can prove his fitness at CB

Is Hutchinson even still alive? Such a shame he's been injured as he looked a great player. I guess he wouldn't be playing in the Championship if he didn't have injury problems.

Think he has gone back to Chelsea, know he isn't in Nottingham, which is disappointing as he looked good when he played for us.

Ye can only assume that Hutchinson's career is now over before it even restarted. Looked a great player, shame!

The play-offs are not beyond us but the same could be said about any number of teams. I know it's an old cliche but this is the business end of the season if we can get some momentum going we've got a chance. When we finished third we didn't break in to the play-off places until late November or early December and trailed Newcastle by about 12 points the end of January we beat QPR 5-0 to go within one goal of overhauling them and going top.
I'm not saying it's going to happen but it's not impossible.
