Point is, Hall is not a young player in the scheme of things.

By age 25 he's probably not going to improve that much, it's not as if we bought an 18/19 year old.

Don't they say that footballers reach their peak about 27 or 28 years of age....?

I'd agree with that, I saw him at Derby and really liked his work ethic and attacking intent.

Don't understand why we sign a 25 year old and then not play him.
