I've just been to Subway....

Italian BTM on Honey Oat bread, with Cheese & toasted, with lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes and Southwest Sauce.

What's yours!? What are you having/did you have for lunch?

Maestro, your mrs sounds like what mine is becoming. I used to have everything my own way. Slowly but surely the tide is turning.

Subway is the best fast food chain by a mile. Healthiest too.

Steak and cheese footlong on Italian with extra cheese. That's it.

It is quite healthy actually. The sub itself without extra cheese is about 700 cals with 15g of fat. This is in relation to other fast-food outlets I must add. The extra cheese probably adds about 7g of fat to it.

It's more than a maccie d's quarterpounder with cheese by almost 200 calories!

But I get what you're saying. You'd need 5 quarterpounders to fill the gap that a foot long steak and cheese would! I'd argue the Subway are much more tasty, especially with extra gherkin!

Exactly. And excess calories aren't bad for me, they're good (lot of exercise etc). Extra cheese only adds I think 80 calories?
