according to the d.e.t nigel clough has put a bid in for adam legzdins and may move to derby county,if any off you have any contact with him then tell him it would be a bad carear move as we now have frank fealding as first choice goalkeeper so the chances are he would not get a regular first team place and would end up just taking over from saul deeney on the bench, and if he stays at burton albion it would be better for him as he is guaranteed a game, also he could be playing us the season after next in division one,i know derby are my first club but it really annoys me clough is again after a burton player,so with my brewers hat on nc go away!!!

Just read the article online. If Adam does go to Derby and I sincerely hope he doesn't, I only hope we get a goos fee for him and not peanuts like we did for Shaun Harrad. If he does go that wil leave Pesch with only 13 players signed to play next season and that includes Kevin Poole and James ellison who has yet to make his full debut. Surely we'll see some signings soon. Can't bear the thought of another season like last one.

It`s looking like the brewers line up will be a diffrent looking team than last season, but is that such a bad thing, it says something about the team when the player of the season is your goal keeper,he sould not be tested as much as Adam Legzdins has been.
Deep down I would like to keep our goal keeper but if he goes, for a good fee to burton Albion this would help buy in better players. We need a striker who will score 20 +goals for us, this takes a lot of presure of the goal keeper. We need to change to move on.

Bearing in mind Peschisolido's track record with signings, it seems you need to have worn a Derby shirt to qualify for a contract at the Pirelli*. In that case Legzdin's replacement may well end up being either Matt Duke or Saul Deeney....
*Note: OK, poetic licence has been used and I admit that not all of PP's signings have a link to Derby, but with him bringing in Jackson(!), Boertien, Moore, Hughes, Bolder and also Rowett the precedent has been set.
