- Thanks to Gerard for the following WWE SmackDown spoilers from tonight's tapings in Fort Wayne, Indiana:
* Sheamus and Randy Orton defeated Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow. The Shield came out and told Orton and Sheamus to find a partner for WrestleMania. They accepted the challenge.
* Wade Barrett comes out for commentary. The Miz defeated Darren Young.
* Backstage segment with Big Show, Orton and Sheamus. Show wants to be their partner but they already chose Ryback.
* Kaitlyn and Layla beat Aksana and Tamina Snuka.
* The Bella Twins attack Cameron and Naomi backstage.
* Dolph Ziggler beat Kane. Daniel Bryan and Big E Langston got into it and a brawl broke out at ringside.
* Ricard Rodriguez and Alberto Del Rio mock Zeb Colter and Jack Swagger again.
* The Great Khali comes out to face Fandango but the usual happens and Fandango doesn't debut.
* Booker T makes The Shield vs. Sheamus, Orton and Ryback official for WrestleMania 29. The Shield attacked Orton and Sheamus.
* Mark Henry vs. Ryback is next. The Shield came out and attacked Ryback. He fought them off but they came back in and beat him down and hit the triple powerbomb. Henry came back down and hit three World's Strongest Slams on Ryback.
* Jack Swagger defeated Chris Jericho in a solid main event.

Backstage Update on the Stipulation for Brock Lesnar vs. Triple H at WrestleMania 29

- It was reported earlier today that WWE officials are considering a MMA-style fight for the Brock Lesnar vs. Triple H match at WrestleMania 29 in just a few weeks.
F4Wonline.com reports that the match will not be held under MMA rules.
WWE officials are considering 3 or 4 different stipulations but they had not decided on anything as of last night's RAW. It's possible we won't find out the stipulation until the March 25th or April 1st RAW.

a lot of mania match's seem forced this year not much build.like punk v undertaker or brock v triple h. i known brock and trpile h have past, but being so long off tv and not wrestling on any raw/smackdown.

It would be great if the crowd reaction to Rock vs Cena is the same as it was for Goldberg vs Lesnar in New York

Stipulations should be as follows imo
- The Rock vs. John Cena II (WWE Title) - 30min iron man match Then everyone would get fed up of them and we'll probably never see them in the ring together ever again
- Alberto Del Rio vs. Jack Swagger (World Heavyweight title) - Submission match.....does Swagger have a submission move?...who cares ADR is going to win anyway
- CM Punk vs. The Undertaker - Buried alive match Bury Taker end the streak and let the man live the rest of his life away from WWE
- Brock Lesnar vs. Triple H - Last man standing match...with blood...lots of blood
-The Shield vs. Sheamus, Orton and Ryback (NEW MATCH) - tornado tag TLC match

rock vs cena will be a good match unlike that, its the best looking match on the card, that doesnt say much
MMA style wrestling match eugh they really made a mistake bringing brock back when he cant wrestle, stupid things like this get thought up to cover his ass

At least half of WWE's biggest stars down the generations haven't been able to convincingly wrestle, part of the appeal of WWE is legacy transcends the ring.
Not a fan of MMA infesting the pro-wrestling business either, but the problem with Lesnar is he seems chronicly unmotivated - that or he can't act. Booking isn't helping either, kinda hard to promote this 'legitimate fighter' when he's paired up with someone who takes the bull in a china shop approach to one-upmanship in a feud.

there is a difference between not knowing how to wrestle and being in completely the wrong shape to wreslte. brock is the later hence why both his matches have been bore fests so far

True, i'm just not holding that against him. Same with The Rock. It's outside the context of matches where he's flattering to decieve me, though in fairness to him almost every HHH feud since 06 has drained the life out of itself. Fingers crossed whatever the stipulation is or their match involves weapons - cos it's gunna need em.
