THe reality is on the whole the current squad is probebly over all as technically capable as any previous, can add to that on the whole the sqaud is overall playing at the highest level across the board than ever.
UNfortunatley the rest of the worl have imporved to a far greater degree where as stagnation a more fitting word for our game

The suedo nationals is an intersting aspect. While I am sure they give everything in a professional sense the desire to win and adversley the hurt felt if we loose is not the same as someone homegrown
