I'm more than happy to give Ally a chance. But he needs to recognise what is wrong when results and performances are so poor. Instead it's being repeated week after week.

Ally will get time. Ive been one of his biggest supporters and understand the co strains hes had to work within. But at the moment, he is his own worst enemy. He does not seem able to see issues on the park and make the necessary adjustments. Issues that are plainly obvious to everyone else
