There is absolutely no doubt now...

and credit to The Duke (whose article I have lifted) and those more sensible bears on RM who spotted this.

D&P lodged with the Court of Session, as required, 2 reports on the sale of the assets of Oldco. One was an interim report, the other their final report. By law, these have to be clear, factual and with absolutely nothing missing or withheld.

Here is an extract from the D&P interim report dated 10 July 2012:

"4.1 The Club continued to trade under the control of the Joint Administrators up to the date of the sale of the business and assets of the Company to Se vco on 14 June 2012."

"Se vco" is defined in the report as: "Se vco Scotland Limited of Ibrox Stadium, Glasgow G51 2XD (Company number SC425159)"

In the D&P final report dated 27 September 2012, they stated:

"7.1 A detailed outline of the marketing process undertaken by the Joint Administrators which preceded the sale of the business, history and certain assets of the Club to Newco on 14 June 2012, was provided in the previous report to creditors dated 10 July 2012."

"Newco" is defined in this report as "The Rangers Football Club Limited (Formerly Se vco Scotland Limited) of Ibrox Stadium, Glasgow G51 2XD (Company number SC425159)"

Going by this the sellers ie the administrators never at any time sold the business to se v co 5088.

So, EVERYTHING Whyte has come up with in the past week or so, that "he is Se vco" is based around PRE CVA contact and concerning Se vco 5088.

Se vco 5088 of course did not own any assets of Oldco at any time. In addition, Whyte was never a shareholder or Director of either Se vco 5088 or Se vco Scotland Ltd.

These are very basic facts which a guy with internet access managed to discover from public documents very quickly.

Why then the hysteria from the media? Answer - sells papers.

Add in the story today, which a quick check with the courts turns out to be absolutely true (shock - The Sun printing true story!) - Whyte is up for £17.7m to Ticketus.

And then all the ducks start lining up in a row.

Whyte is looking for some sort of payoff to stave off bankruptcy.

And as with most other things in his life - he has failed with that too.

Well done Mr Green - you got the wee lying google eye perfectly.

Now just need the long arm of the law to get Whyte for his other alleged activities.

So by next week we will have the papers, Scotland Tonight etc all turning on Whyte again - maybe.....

Green gave assurances to the SFA that Whyte was not involved. Now he has admitted that Whyte was indeed invloved. The 'we were stringing him along' argument 'so didn't think it was worth mentioning' might not wash with the SFA.

well he wasnt and isnt

everything where even a slight involvement was pre CVA
Post CVA nothing has even been suggested.

In fact is this whole thread not about that very fact, Whyte was cut out of Se vco Scotland he has nothing to do with it never has.

That's not what D&P said at the time. They described him as an irrelevence.

now you are jumping around.

however D&P described him has nowt to do with it.

Maybe they were fekn wrong

They're as bad as the Rangers spokesperson eh?

Listen lads it's been fun as usual, rumour has it that another big story will break tomorrow so I will see you then

Yep rumour is it is not Rangers this time - look a little bit towards the east - not as far as sheepville, and at the tangerine end of a certain double club street.....

Wonder what green would've done if the CVA had been successful...

He must've never intended it to go through.

Don't know why I filtered him. Must've annoyed me in some way. Might have been a spelling mistake, or poor punctuation. I'm quite ruthless these days
