Apparently there's been speculation today on Facebook, Twitter and football forums that we are going for Miller from WBA!
Bristol City and Leeds are on about putting a 1.5 mil bid in for Miller. For me I can't see Derby matching the offer.
So the only alternative for me is I can see Cox coming in on loan, cause Nigel was interested in him last season.
Just to say this in on Derby and WBA's board to get views on who the better player is and who would suit Derby's style of play.
Rams fans, who would you prefer at our club, Miller or Cox?
Miller or Cox?

Just to add to Piccolo's comment he also said there isnt any firm interest in either players.

I think they thought Leacock and Bywater would be easy sell ons; difficult decisions but i'd look at playing them both in the cups and maybe in some games to try and get them in the shop window, Bywater despite his passing is still a very good championship goalie and Leacock with a wee bomb up his backside would make a lot of c'ship teams...also if Deano is fit he might have to sub in as a holding midfielder for us. I'm okay with Kilbane we needed cover at LB and we have it now, he's played at LB mainly for Hull and I think can tie us over for 6mths. Just need cover for RB; a genuine right footed attacking/central MF as Conor's touch has seemed a tad poor pre season and that magical mystery holding midfielder. Plus a professional audit of our fitness regime if we can find out why so many players are getting injured consistently it will be like signing 4/5 players in one sweet swoop.
Up front is an issue I had Ward and Cywka down as our main goalscoring options but think Cywka's fallen down the pecking order a bit. As much as we need a goalscorer i think a couple of midfielders or even 1 is our top priority, Tonge on 6 mths to help replace Green and i'm still working on the holding midfielder think we might have to go abroard for this one Argentina, France, Netherlands and West Africa seem to produce a good few so will have a look there possibly Japan...I reckon Derby should pay me to be international scout hotel, travel and refreshments provided and I would gladly search the globe for the next Paulo Wanchope.

This is The Baggy Man.
In the Star this morning it states Forest are going to offer £3m for Millar.
That's a lot of ice for Millar.

Well well well they got the East Midlands right, that a club or clubs were after Miller, but it's not Derby http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11095_7080755,00.html?

£3m for Ishmail Miller? Forest are going mad.
Fulham bid that for Cameron Jerome, so I can't see Miller going for that.
