Forest vs cardiff match thread

1 change.

Mcgoo is in place of andy reid.

Personally think mcgoo is better off the bench and dont think he'll have the same impact but reid deffinately needed dropping. Reid has been so poor of late. Considering who else we have to replace him, other than laughlin (whos untested) i cant think of anyone else to play up left.

Good game coming up

Edit, cox missing from the 18 with blackstock up front with henderson.

Definitely look set up for set pieces

That was pretty pathetic - Cardiff would have won 3-0 even against 11, and they should have got at least 6.

I hope this serves as a kick up the backside for our club, there has been a lot of complacency since the international break, and now they are out of the playoff places again.

Or, the curse of manager of the month strikes again!

Marriner must have based his performance on that of the referee in a certain semi-final in 1984. Hats off to his display. We were poor; he was dismal.

Look on the bright side though boys - at least we can't go down!

Disappointed we lost in the manner we did and the number of red / yellow cards is shocking, However considering where we were when BD took over and where we could be if he hadn't, I not too upset.
Game over, can't change result, so onwards to the next game

I know what you mean RedExe, but we still gave him some easy decisions to make. It would have been a harsh booking for Gestede when Halford went down, but then again, Henderson's was a yellow at worst. The other yellow cards we received were daft, but we looked slow/lethargic all over the pitch. I had forgotten that we had any strikers on, our defence looked like rabbits stuck in the headlights and our midfield was slow to turn any defence into attack.

Billy will have a lot to sort out if we are to get any form back - never mind squeeze back into the play offs.

Strikers have been non-existent. As you say, play-offs a big ask. However, safe from the drop. Unlike some........!

'Down to 8th'. Not bad considering how dire we have been for the large part of the season.

Rev, Bolton have a difficult-ish run in, and Leicester have to play Bolton and us. This will go down to the last day. I think Brighton have a pretty easy last 4 games though, and unless Palace keep dropping, maybe 3 of the 4 spots are already taken.
