If the SFA are the guardians of the game in Scotland then they must bear some responsibility for phucken up the Fit & Proper person validation......The buck however stops with the club.
The problem now is ( and has been ) we are a prime target for every spiv and charlatan wanting to make money, and gain noteriety.

Don't know enough about the legals Ginger.....On the face of it I would agree that D&P would shoulder some responsibility...however I stand by my opinion that the SFA have screwed up the validation...and they'll sweep that under several carpets. They'll never admit it...but they'll punish us if there is any evidence of Whyte/Green conspiracy. They'll never take into account their own inadequacies, and mis management.

The SFA aske d the questions , if Green has lied how can they know at the time. The police, BDO and other s are conducting investigation and they'll run for months and months....SFA don't have the resources.
D&P ARE to blame ...they agreed to sell to Sev co 5088 and ended up selling to Sev co Scotland...apart from being wrong, it should have raised questions.
The new CEO should have no association with Green , Whyte or even have shares.
