two performances in two nights from german clubs playing fast attacking football with skill and strong running and a good amount of "steel" in the play..
Having watched barca "keep hold of the ball for what seems like days at a time" its good to see some direct pace and speed from back to front..
nice to see a couple of foreign refs treat ronaldo and messi like footballers rather than ballet dancers..

I sincerely hope Robins has a pre-season fitness program which will sort this out for next season..

As for Barca, in the end their keep ball tactics got boring...everyone was lauding Trevor Brooking was saying this is the way we should be teaching our kids...jeez, ! It's ok in small doses, but Barca took it to the extreme...66% possession means beggar all if you end up losing..
